IC Design Engineer (Analog)
Job duties
· Design of embedded analog/mixed-signal IC circuits for 8-bit/32-bit Microcontroller (MCU) or Systems-on-a-Chip (SoC).
· The job includes
detailed circuit design and analysis, schematic capture and layout,
circuit simulation, behavior modeling (C++, Matlab, Verilog), IC
testing and debugging
Job requirements
· Knowledge of engineering fundamentals especially in Deep Submicron CMOS technologies
· Knowledge of analog circuit design and analysis (Op-Amp, references, pll, adc, dac)
· Knowledge of MOS device modeling and noise analysis
· Hands-on IC layout skills and IC measurement skills
· Familiar in any of the following analog design areas
- DC-DC converter / LDO topologies
- High resolution delta sigma ADC / DAC
- Audio Class AB / D amplifier
- SRAM / OTP / Flash memory
- GHz wireless transceiver
· Candidates with more experiences will be considered as senior level positions

IC Design Engineer (Digital)
Job duties
· Design system-on-chip solutions for multimedia
Job requirements
· knowledge in ASIC/FPGA design methodology
· In-depth knowledge in embedded processors (ARM/MIPS/DSP) MMU/caching, buses (AMBA)
· knowledge in OS (Linux) virtual memory/threading/power management is a plus
Experience in image, video or
audio signal processing algorithms implementation on DSP or RISC
processors, especially with detailed level knowledge of video codecs,
e.g. MPEG-4/H.264/VC-1 is a plus
· Able to code in 'C' and Verilog RTL

presentation materials, and project-related materials for the products
· Document technical findings / solutions

Video and Image Processing Engineer
Job duties
· Software design and development for multimedia and communication systems
· Algorithm design for image and video processing system
· Developing algorithms to enhance / calibrate display system
· Supporting system requirement estimation and top-level integration
Job requirements
· Bachelor degree in Electronic/Computer Engineering with 3+ years solid experience
· Master degree or above with related research experience will also be considered
· Proficient in Matlab, C and C++ programming
· Solid experience in multimedia software development
· In depth knowledge in image processing algorithms of color
quantization, image enhancement, color space conversion and
manipulation, resampling and etc
· Familiar with image compression algorithms (GIF, JPEG,
JPEG2000, etc) and video compression algorithms (MPEG4, AVS, H.264,
RMVB, etc) is an advantage
· Willing to travel to Mainland China
· Good command of English and Chinese
