About AppoTech

AppoTech is a fabless semiconductor company which focuses on developing high-performance, high-reliability, cost-effective system-on-chip (SoC) silicon solutions tightly coupled with system software and hardware/software development environments. Founded by seasoned entrepreneurs in the U.S. and a strong engineering team, we are poised for long-term success in the SoC market.

We provide a one-stop solution for IC design and application development, and we maintain a series of high-end, mid-range, and low-end products. Based on our application-specific designs, we have developed several application solutions in the areas of video, audio, telecommunications, and home appliances such as digital photo frames, wireless audio, Skype/USB phones, and automotive audio.

We chose Hong Kong as a gateway to the China market because we recognize the engineering resources and market potential of this region. We have set up operations in Hong Kong and mainland China (Shenzhen and Zhuhai) to provide sales and technical support for customers in the Asia Pacific region. At the same time, our Silicon Valley office serves the customer product development and support needs of our North American and European markets.
