AppoTech chip AX2009 awarded China Chip Award

HONG KONG – Organized by National Software and Integrated Circuit Public Service Platform (CSIP), the China Chip Award presentation ceremony was held on 16 December 2011 in Jinan. In the ceremony, CSIP presented winners of “2011 China Chip Best Market Performance Award”, “2011 China Chip Best Potential Award”, “2011 China Chip Most Investment Value Enterprise” and “2011 China Chip Innovative Solution Enterprise”.

The AppoTech AX2009, with its high performance of music decoding capability and excellent marketing performance, is awarded “2011 China Chip Best Market Performance Award”. The Market Performance Award is presented to chip with excellent sales performance in the previous 3 quarters and intellectual property rights.

Chuck Cheng, CEO and President of AppoTech attended the ceremony and said, “China Chip Award is now in its 6th year. China Chip Award has been an important platform to showcase application and chip solution for China. The Award can further promote China’s IC industrialization and help domestic IC design companies to compete with international brands. I want to show my gratitude to the industry that has recognized our technology and market performance. We hope that we will continue to receive China Chip awards.

The event has attracted participation of many IC design houses. The judge panel is composed of a number of leading industry experts, who reviewed more than 100 IC products and applications. The 6th China Chip Award is organized by National Software and Integrated Circuit Public Service Platform.
