Emulator for E8

The Emulator for E8 package is mainly used for E8-core MCU development and debugging. Since E8-core MCU only has OTP memory, the emulator board uses FPGA instead of the target IC for emulating the functions. There are many pins in the board which are emulating the corresponding pins in the target. These pins can be connected to the target board for debugging purpose.
